Lucia provides a variety of services and one on one support to young people aged 10-25 including ongoing case work services, re-engage with education and SEMH support.Her aim is to help them to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.She works closely with schools,residential homes and young people to get the best possible outcome.
What we do
Lucia provides intensive outreach support to young people struggling with SEMH and ongoing mental health challenges and other complex needs.

Lucia respect young people from all cultural and religious backgrounds, sexual orientation and gender diversities and will support young people regardless of health status, difficult or complex behaviours or past mistakes. This allows her to:
- Provide a tailored and individualised approach, that identifies a strength bases and trauma informed approach when engaging with young people and their families.
- We delivers intensive, one-on-one educational support to children and young people who have experienced trauma and are living in out-of-home care. Her approach is gentle, trauma-informed, and grounded in relationship and trust because she know that healing comes before learning.
- Empowers young people to identify goals and activities, develop confidence and skills so they are able to advocate for their needs and are able to access services to support them long term.
Our staff act as the central point of contact and they help young people access healthcare services, educational programs, employment opportunities, mental health support, housing assistance, and more.
Working in collaboration with schools and residential homes, as well as mental health profesiionals I meet children where where they are emotionally, academically, and personally. ,

Our Early Intervention service helps young people set short-term and long-term goals. Whether it is pursuing higher education, vocational training, stable employment, or independent living,.
We provide guidance and monitoring to help them stay on track. Participants learn how to build essential life skills, such as budgeting, time management; and develop essential life such as increased self-confidence, independence, and resilience.
My focus is on helping young people catch up in the classroom through building confidence, self esteem and a belief in themselves.
I offer a listening ear and guidance in times of difficulty. I motivating children and young people to attend and participate fully in lessons.,supporting the development of life skills, social skills, build strong relationships
to improve learning and strategies for managing challenges.
I also help young people students move into new settings, acting as a bridge and support when reintegrating into mainstream or other educational environments.
