Lucia Williams is the Founder of Ascend Pro Health and a Mental Health Outreach Worker with over 15 years of experience providing structured, person-centred support to adults living with mental health and complex needs.
I provide support to adults with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and complex needs. I take the time to understand each person’s unique experiences and work collaboratively to support meaningful and lasting change.
I am available Monday to Friday to support your organization by providing structured, person-centred support for adults living with mental health needs on an as-needed basis or by covering planned leave and shift cover.
