Established in 2021, Ascend Pro Health is an independent mental health support service led by Lucia Williams, specialising in providing person-centred support , with a strong focus on promoting independence, supporting recovery, and helping individuals lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their communities.

Lucia Williams works in partnership with a wide range of organisations to deliver structured, person-centred support from initial engagement through to recovery, including comprehensive assessments, tailored recovery planning, coordinated referrals, and regular care reviews to ensure consistent, outcome-focused support.

At Ascend Pro Health, my mission is to provide person-centred support to people experiencing mental health and complex needs. .As a dedicated caseworker, I offer support grounded in lived experience, collaboration, and positive community inclusion. My approach is built on clarity, accessibility, and transparency at every stage of service delivery from initial engagement through to recovery, comprehensive assessments, tailored recovery plans, referrals, and regular care reviews. Through respectful partnerships, evidence-informed practice, and a deep understanding of each individual’s unique strengths and goals, I deliver support that is both practical and transformative. Partnership is central to my work. I work closely with multidisciplinary teams and organisations to ensure that every service user receives the specialized support they need. I have current, valid and enhanced DBS checks and fully insured.
