Our Specialist Forensic Support services are designed to provide expert, compassionate support for people who are currently involved in, at risk of offending or reoffending , or at risk of becoming involved in, the justice system.
We work with a wide range of professionals and organisations to take a tailored, strengths-based approach that supports not only rehabilitation and community reintegration but also personal empowerment and ongoing stability.

Risk Reduction Planning: Development and implementation of structured, individualised plans that help reduce the risk of reoffending and support safe, independent living.
Behaviour Support & Intensive Therapeutic Interventions: Evidence-informed, person-centred approaches that address complex behaviours through positive behavioural support frameworks.
Skill-Building for Community Living: Enhancing capacity for lawful, meaningful engagement in the city through daily living skills, emtional regulation, and social participation.
Integrated Coordination: Working closely with legal teams, justice agencies, housing providers, clinical services, and other key stakeholders to ensure wraparound, collaborative support.
Transition Support from Custody to Community: Tailored transition planning and practical assistance for individuals re-entering the community following detention or incarceration
