My name is Lucia , and I am the Founder of Ascend Pro Health as well as a dedicated Caseworker.I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of settings in the UK, including: Education,Residential homes,CAMHS,Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU),Acute Care,Drug & Alcohol services,Community Mental Health Services,Forensic Mental Health Services,Secure Mental Health Units and Step-Down Units.This breadth of experience allows me to provide person-centred mental health support services tailored to the unique needs of your service users. My approach is grounded in person-centred support,safeguarding awareness collaborative multi-agency working,clear goal-setting and measurable progress,promoting independence, supporting recovery, and helping individuals lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their communities. Every support plan is tailored, practical, and focused on helping individuals move forward safely and confidently

My mission is to bridge the gap between those in need and the organisations that support them, working collaboratively to help service users find hope, purpose, and the resources they need to live meaningful, fulfilling lives within their communities. I see my role not just as caseworker, but as advocates for recovery, guiding individuals towards healing, independence, and long-term wellbeing.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
I am committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest research in mental health and complex needs. I regularly attend professional development training and workshops, and I actively engage in supervision to ensure I provide the highest standard of support to those I work with.
FORMAL QUALIFICATIONS
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminology (BA Honours) and a Master's in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology.
