MEET LUCIA
My name is Lucia, and I am the Founder of Ascend Pro Health as well as a dedicated Caseworker.I have over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with mental health and complex needs. Throughout my career, I have worked across a wide range of settings in the UK, including: Education,Residential homes ,CAMHS,Psychiatric Intensive Care Units (PICU),Acute Care,Drug & Alcohol services,Community Mental Health Services,Forensic Mental Health Services,Secure Mental Health Units and Step-Down Units.This breadth of experience allows me to provide informed, compassionate, and person-centred mental health support and casework services. In addition, I support children and young people with SEMH needs, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and thrive. My interventions is to help individuals find hope, purpose, and the resources to lead meaningful, fulfilling lives within their communities. As the founder and a caseworker, I provide personalised support and continuity of care, ensuring that every client feels safe, valued, and supported throughout their journey.I look forward to supporting you.
