At Ascend Pro Health, my mission is to provide structured, person-centred support for people experiencing recurrent or enduring mental health difficulties, as well as those at risk of developing more complex needs, through early intervention and ongoing recovery-focused care. My approach is grounded in collaboration, clarity, and accessibility. I provide comprehensive assessments, tailored recovery plans, coordinated referrals, and regular reviews to ensure continuity of care from initial engagement through to sustained recovery.
Collaboration is central to my work. I work closely with mental health services and relevant organisations to ensure joined-up support and effective outcomes for the individuals I support.My practice is informed by professional experience, a strong understanding of individual strengths and goals, and a commitment to dignity and inclusion. I deliver support that is both practical and meaningful in supporting recovery and wellbeing.I am fully insured and hold an enhanced DBS check, providing reassurance to both clients and partner organisations.
