At Ascend Pro Health, my aim is to provide structured, person-centred support for people experiencing recurrent or enduring mental health difficulties, as well as those at risk of developing more complex needs.Collaboration is central to my work, I work in partnership with mental health services and other relevant organizations to ensure individuals are connected with the resources they need to improve their mental well-being. My approach focuses on providing support through conducting assessments to understand each client’s unique needs, developing tailored support plans, coordinating referrals, and facilitating access to essential services.
